Searched for years for the perfect meatloaf since it is my husband's favorite.Well this is the perfect meatloaf recipe and the only one he requests over and over. Ina, you are wonderful ! My favorite dinner is your roasted chicken.

Scrumptious! Everyone loved these. Easy to make and quick to bake since they are small. Our previous favorite was Alton Brown's meat loaf recipe but they were a tad bit spicy for the kiddos so I had to look for a new recipe. So glad I found this one. I had one little guest that didn't like the ketchup on top but she ate around it. The gooey ketchup top is my favorite part. Yummy... I'm going to make them again tonight. Anyone have a recommendation on the best way to freeze and reheat these? We won't eat them all in one night and we aren't much on left overs. I'd love to freeze them individually for another night.

These turned out fantastic. I added about a tablespoon of caraway and an extra half pound of meat. 2 parts lean beef and 1 part ground pork. I also finely chopped about 3 slices of bacon and added that. I used one extra egg because mine were large not extra large. I soaked 2 dinner rolls in milk and also added those to the mix. To the ketchup I added some chipotle sauce. It baked perfectly in 45 minutes though i did broil for a few minutes at the end. Very juicy and a lovely flavour to it. Be sure to chop the onions finely!

This was so good. Quick and easy to put together. I have NEVER made meatloaf before this because hubby had told me that he hated it. Well, I told him I had extra hamburger meat that I needed to do something with (besides burgers and told him about Ina's recipe. He said he was skeptical but would try it. He ate 3 of the loaves. He raved about them and asked me to make them again real soon. That's high praise coming from a VERY picky eater. :

This meatloaf recipe will replace my existing one... it was delicious!! My pickiest child asked for seconds! The flavors were wonderful together but I think I'll cut back slightly on the onions and increase the breadcrumbs just a bit... mine were a little loose but super tasty! This one is a winner in my family.

This meatloaf is TERRIFIC! I love the individual sized portions. I do change it up a bit, I use ground turkey, pork and sirloin mixture, and I use individual tin loaf pans. That's all though! The onion and thyme, with the simple seasonings make this a hit. Try it! Way to go Ina!

With this recipe I actually like meatloaf. My husband likes it so much that he wants me to make it every time we have company. I love you, BF Contessa!

So good! I've tried many other meatloaf recipe, and none of them are as good as this! By just using onions, the meat stays nice and moist. The tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce also keep it moist and flavorful. Absolutely delicious! Your family will be pleased! (And it makes GREAT leftovers and meatloaf sandwiches!

I have made this recipe several times and always use ground turkey since we do not eat red meat. Its so delicious that I make about 4 at a time, eat one with my family the first night and freeze the others uncooked. You are amazing at putting your ingredients together. Thank you for being so good at what you do
