Wonderful marinade. I used it for chicken and actually cooked the chicken in it. Then I removed the chicken and covered to let it rest and added sugar/honey, chopped green onions and a tiny bit of sesame oil and whisked to stir - I then added the leftover "marinade to some stir-fry rice and veggies...YUM! Was a great side to the chicken and would be to any meat used in this marinade. Moral of the story - DON'T THROW OUT THE MARINADE! It is too good and can be used in so many ways!

This was one of the best recipes ever for swordfish and it tasted even better cold(in a bit of its own sauce the next day. Thanks Ina

This marinade was superb; the flavor was a great blend of tangy and full of depth. Best swordfish we've prepared and served guests in
long time. It will be a 'go to' recipe for sure. Swordfish can be an investment and this marinade was a perfect flavor enhancement.
Have shared this recipe to our dinner guests after 'trying it out' on them! I want to go out and buy more fish and do it again as there wasn't a morsel left.

This is an EXCELLENT way to prepare swordfish! Even my kids (10 and 4 year old boys loved it. I made it with thawed frozen swordfish from Trader Joe's, and it turned out wonderful. This one will definitely be going in the dinner rotation.

I cooked this last night for myself, and it was just delightful. Probably the best swordfish I've ever had, and I'm a huge swordfish lover. I'm cooking it again tonight for the family! I use the Peanut Oil because it gives the dish a more exotic, asian taste, also I chop some scallions and put it in the marinade for a bit more flavor and great color! If you can, try marinating it for 4-6 hours and you have ten star dish! Thanks Ina!

I would put this recipe up there with my all time favorites. I have made it many times for company and have always gotten praises. I serve it with mango salsa. Way to make life easy Ina!

This was excellent and simple. I bought swordfish and came home looking for a different way to cook it. Since it was last minute, I only marinated it for 1 hour or so, and it was great. I could only imagine how fabulous it would taste if I took 4 hours. Next time I will plan it out.
