This is a great recipe!! Ive never used Israeli couscous before,it is very good.
I liked the consincetey of the little pearl pasta, I could not stop eating it.
The only weird thing was after I cooked it and drained it looked mushy. However, after I added it all to the ingredients, it wasn't mushy anymore. Huh?
And since I've never used this before I don't know if this is typical. I have used Moracan couscous a lot and that never happens.Oh well it tasted so good I am going to make this again and again. Thanks Ina

I have made this several times and my husband and I both absolutely love it. The most important thing is to use the right kind of tuna in olive oil as it would not be the same with American or pouch tuna.

I love tuna and this salad is so tasty! loved the mediterranean flavor combination. It works great with regular albacore tuna as well in case you can't find the italian canned tuna. It is also quite easy to make; the most difficult part is getting the lemon zest!

This is quick, easy and so tasty. I had everything in the pantry; I buy fresh herbs, lemons, etc. weekly - no added shopping required.

Great salad. Very tasty and easy to make. I roasted my own red bell peppers. Takes 10 mins to blister the skins on top of a gas range; then another 10-15 mins to steam in a bowl covered with plastic wrap. After that, run cold water over peppers to remove skin; cut open, remove stems, seeds and white parts and chop up in medium dice.

Big fan of this one! Made it for my coworker and I for a hearty working lunch. Threw it together in the morning while getting ready - only 15-20 mins beginning to end - we enjoyed and I will absolutely do this again. Love that it is mostly pantry items I can have on hand until I am ready. Basil grows in my kitchen and garden, lemons usually part of my weekly shop (bar item...excellent!

This is my new "go-to" recipe for a take on pasta salad w/tuna. It was easy, delicious, and it was great hot, warm, room temp and even cold. Way to go Ina! It is a home run!

Only change - I had "Great Grains Blend" from Trader Joes, which included the Israeli couscous plus some others. That's what I had on hand. Awesome.

So easy and so delicious. I watched Ina's recent "Barefoot in Napa" episode and knew I had to try this recipe asap - it's a delicious, hearty, yet light & refeshing contemporary spin on "tuna salad" - I think the key is using tuna (I used yellow fin packed in OLIVE OIL, not water - adds so much Italian flavor to the mix. This will be a go-to salad going forward. Love ALL of Ina's recipes - they're simple yet delicious and, best yet, fool-proof! "How easy is that?"
