This is one of my all time favorite soups! I add a LOT of spinach to the bowls, then add soup on top. That way the spinach is always beautiful, even if you have leftover soup!

I am a full blown Italian, raised in an Italian environment all my life and I was taught to cook my Grandmothers who came to America from Italy. Wedding soup was prepared probably weekly for years and I still make it at least twice a month now. I would like to just say that CARROTS were and never will be an ingredient in wedding soup. This had to be an addition added here in America by a Non-Italian. I do love your show and all of Food Network's shows and I do prepare a lot of food that I see on TV and then print out recipes from this site.
Thank You and keep up the good work

This is my 10-year-old son's favorite soup. I love that it is low fat and has lots of veggies. The dill in the soup gives it an extra depth of flavor. I like it with a couple of dashes of hot sauce and extra parmesan.

This recipe is one of our household staples; I make it at least once a month and never tire of it. The flavors are light and complex at the same time, and it tastes like something much more labor intensive. I always double the recipe for the meatballs and save half to serve with pasta sauce and spaghetti squash later in the week. My husband does not care for soup, but LOVES this stuff. Thanks Ina!

This was very good. I was not sure about using dill especially that amountl, but it really gave the soup a great flavor. making all those little meatballs did take some time, but well worth it! i did use boxed broth ( a mix of beef and chicken and I do think home made would have made it even better. I also added some crushed red pepper flakes to give it a little heat.

l love ltalian Wedding soup, but it's usually too salty. I had to put my own spin on the soup since there is only one in my household. I bought 1 each of sweet and spicy chicken sausage links. I removed the casing and added the recipe's ingredients. I also decreased the amounts respectively except for the meatballs. I like smaller ones. Thanks Ina for the basics. The soup is excellent.

This is a wonderful soup, easy to make. The homemade meatballs are very flavorful. I will definitely keep this recipe.

This was yummy. I made it with premade chicken meatballs that are gluten free as I cannot have gluten. I also used gluten free pasta.

Will definitely be making this again soon.
