l love ltalian Wedding soup, but it's usually too salty. I had to put my own spin on the soup since there is only one in my household. I bought 1 each of sweet and spicy chicken sausage links. I removed the casing and added the recipe's ingredients. I also decreased the amounts respectively except for the meatballs. I like smaller ones. Thanks Ina for the basics. The soup is excellent.

This is a wonderful soup, easy to make. The homemade meatballs are very flavorful. I will definitely keep this recipe.

This was yummy. I made it with premade chicken meatballs that are gluten free as I cannot have gluten. I also used gluten free pasta.

Will definitely be making this again soon.

Heavenly!! I made it for my boyfriend and he loved it. I've made it a few times now and the last time I made the meatballs I used ground veal and ground pork. Delicious.

Very good... Although I made a dumb mistake. I bought fully cooked chicken sausage. So once I removed the casings, they were too firm. Like hotdog rubbery. So mixing it in with the ground chicken was tough. I chopped them down and mixed them in anyway. So I ended up with chicken meatballs with chunks of chicken sausage in the middle. Still tasty, but inconsistent in texture. I will remake with a different kind of chicken sausage.

This was quick and easy. I used ready made meat balls and they were great. I forgot the spinach in my hurry to serve. That was a mistake. I'll make this again!

As usual Ina does it again! Made this today but used ground turkey- added extra garlic and basil to help with flavor. Perfect with sandwiches on a rainy day

saw Ina making this on TV this week and I made it today. Some ingredients not easy to get, but wow! it was scrummy! Enough for tomorrow too. Thank you Ina, I love watching your shows. From Mary in Scotland

Outstanding - - my husband was looking for a brothy soup and I was skeptical, thinking this would be too much work. It was easy and absolutely delicious - I've made it several times. I followed the recipe almost exactly, except that I doubled the veggies (always do and it was outstanding. Light and fulfilling at the same time with tons of flavor. Can't wait for the leftovers.
