Sooo awesome! I didn't have time to make home made chicken stock so i used chicken bouillon stock. I made my meatballs very tiny and doubled the amount of stock, veggies and i added mushrooms and kale rather than spinach. Its a very simple recipe that is delicious and healthy. A keeper. oh and I used spinach and feta flavored sausage

When you make this, your kitchen will smell delicious! This is a fairly light soup, I think I'll add a little more fat to the recipe to get a richer flavor. Make sure you form "tiny" meatballs, mine came out too big and therefore felt too meaty. I like the texture of the meatballs but I didn't care to have too many in my soup. The dill is refreshing; I'd definitely make this again but next time I'll add butter instead of olive oil, include chicken bone with the stock and form micro sized-meatballs in order to give it 5 stars. Great overall, thank you!!

This soup is amazing! I made it just as the recipe says and I could have eaten the whole thing myself. The meatballs are yummy and full of flavor!

I made this and was happy with it but it was a tad bit salty. Maybe a tsp of salt was a bit much? Next time I will season to taste but overall it was very good and the meat balls were delish. I have made a couple of ina's dishes and haven't been disappointed.
