    Everyone at work loved these. Nothing went wrong for me, but I bake cookies constantly. I find the most important step is letting ALL your ingredients get to room temp before using them. (even the eggs if you decided to add a yolk

    Great cookie! Took some of these to my dentists office around Christmas last year.
    My cleaning appt. again falls near Christmas this year and they made sure to ask me if I was going to bring them again! I couldnt believe they still remember them!

    I made these last Christmas and the requests for more were overwhelming! Luckily, they are very easy to make so I can get lots of batches out. It has now become my family and friends' favorite cookie along with Ina Garten's shortbread.
