    Thought I followed the recipe exactly but this came out just okay. Martha Stewart's recipe for roast chicken came out much better.

    This roast chicken dish is incredibly easy and tastes fabulous. My husband and children love it so much we have this dish every Sunday with roasted carrots and fennel.

    This chicken dish was absolutely delicious! It would be a great company dish. I used some of the roasted garlic and made homemade roasted garlic mashed potatoes! Just wonderful.

    This chicken was excellent!! Very moist and flavorful. The bacon cooked to a nice crisp consistancy. Yeh Contessa!!

    The hardest part about this recipe is tying the chicken legs. It's simple and makes your house smell great. I'll make again for company.

    this simple chicken recipe was so easy and juicy- meat fell off of the bones, it didn't even need the delicious gravy!
