Delicious, moist chicken and so easy to prepare. The whole family loves it. Instead of brushing the outside of the chicken with butter I took room temp butter and mixed with more of the herbs. Goes great with wild mushroom risotto. For a lower carb option -- switch up the risotto for baked cauliflower sprinkled with turmeric, garlic power, onion powder, and a pinch of salt.

Great! Served with broccoli purée - nice fall Sunday dinner. Moist and easy. Thyme makes this.

Ina's dishes are always complementary. You cant go wrong with the flavors. Follwed this recipe to a tee and it was fabulous. I rinse my chicken in kosher salt and water prior to preparing. Also I add paprika in with the salt and pepper - it gives the chicken that nice golden glow. (o:

Great recipe! Enjoyed everything even the fatty drippings as they were tanny and flavorful!

I rarely cook anymore, but I saw this episode recently and it did not appear to be so difficult. The chicken came out very juicy and tasty, I served it over egg noodles. I goofed with the garlic -- I burned the garlic the first time, it was a first time chopping fresh garlic for me. I definitely learned a lesson. Otherwise, I would just cut down a bit on the oregeno (for my family of hubby and I but, it was delicious! Thank you Ina. It also helped to have read the entire recipe before I began and to have all the mise en place ready. A very nice Sunday dinner.

This recipe is amazing. It's so easy to make and everyone loved it. I did however sub limes for the lemons (as that's all I had on hand, but it still turned out to be a definite keeper and a meal that will be made for years to come.

Basic ingredients, simple to get together and very nice flavors. After having made this several times my only alteration is to replace one of the lemons with a juicing orange to add a little mellowed complexity to the flavors.

Hi, this recipe was very tasty, but I had to improvise a little because I didn't have all the recipe and just used spices that i had. I paired it up with spaghetti with red sauce, salad and red wine and it was delicious! Great reviews from my family and made it again with my family and my sister and her son and also received great reviews too! Will make it again for the inlaws soon, thanks
