Yes..a new go to chicken dish ! My husband will be soo happy. NOT !! The rest of us who could eat chix every night were pretty pleased though. Doubled the recipe w/ thin skinless cutlets lightly breaded w/ a gluten free breading and sauted in a first step, then removed from pan. Thought it would be very lemony but it wasnt . Never too much fresh garlic in my house, was not strong there either. Next time, since I will always be at least doubling this, will cut back on what I believe to be a bit too strong oregano flavor. Thanks Ina.

it was good, not great. certainly easy, but the flavors absorbed in some of the chicken breasts more than others, weird.

I made this two nights ago and think I just might make it again tonight! This is now my new favorite way to prepare chicken--it's easy, cheap, quick and so delicious. It looks pretty enough and tastes special enough to entertain. I couldn't find skin-on chicken breasts at my grocery store, so I used boneless, skinless and it still turned out to be very flavorful. Make it.

My family loves this recipe prepared with thin boneless breasts. I dip them lightly in egg and flour before placing them in the baking dish. They come out light and full of flavor. I like to serve them with sauteed or steamed green beans or broccoli. An easy weekday dish in our house.

Holy mole this was good. It was super easy and so tasty. It is oily, just like it is suppose to be. EVOO is good for your heart. Keeps ya moving. If you are concerned try boneless skinless chicken breast. I have tried it and it works just as good. Just stop reading this and make it now.

    Thanks Barefoot Contessa.

We followed the recipe but found this dish to be an oily mess. I've prepared many meals from the Food Network & have generally been pleased. This meal had one of the greatest disconnects from its 5 star rating I've experienced thus far.

Excellent. I was worried about using all that garlic, but it was perfect and I would make for company. A MUST TRY.

This is the most delicious recipe for chicken. I make it for company and they can't get enough. I always use bone in and skin on chicken breasts, they are so much more flavorful than the skinless, boneless. Thanks' Ina, I think you are the best.

This was great. I love the sauce with the breast and only had skinless boneless chicken breast. I also thickened the sauce with flour and 1 tbls of butter. Then poured the sauce over the chicken. I also turned the chicken over and broiled it and it was divine. It crisped partof the chicken breast. I have to try with skin on next time. And I'm going to marinate it next time and grill it. I would like to save marinade and brush it on while it's grilling. Leftovers work great with goat cheese, tomato, nd sun dried tomato. My family loved it tonight with steamed broccoli and mashed potatoes.
