I am a lemonholic so I was excited to try this...and it wasn't bad at all, but it wasn't special either. Ina's recipes are usually outstanding...and everyone's taste is different. I try new recipes all the time and am known for my cooking..so I am probably more critical than some. Good weeknight dinner though

I love this super easy recipe! I'm not a great cook (yet, but this turned out perfectly! It will be my new go-to chicken dish. I can't wait to have friends over to show it off. Thank you, Ina!

I halved this recipe and I also used dried thyme instead of fresh because I didn't have any and it came out excellent!! I usually dread defrosting my chicken and looking for a new recipe for it but this one renewed my love for boring chicken breasts!! Moist, so lemony and super easy!!

I loved this chicken!! It came out very moise and tender! The whole family wished there was more! However I did marinate the chicken for a couple of hours. I figured it couldn't hurt haha I also added my own spin on the recipe by adding some capers and it was delicious! This recipe is overall very simple and budget friendly!
Quick Warning: Be careful on the amount of lemon juice and lemon zest you put in the sauce

Ina is always my go to person for great recipes but this was disappointing. The sauce was wonderful but maybe the chicken needed to be marinated overnight. Boned my split breasts myself (it's really easy and marinated for about 2 hours. My husband said the chicken itself was tasteless. Still like Nigella's rosemary lemon chicken. Maybe having chicken bone in and long marinating is the key.

This is a fabulous "Lemon Chicken recipe"! My husband and kids loved it. It is so easy and the chicken was juicy, well marinated and a followed with delicious sauce. I like that this was made with minimal ingredients that I had it all on hand. Making it for a some friends tomorrow. Thanks Ina!

I prepared this dish the night before I hosted a dinner party... wrapped it tight and into the fridge it went to marinate... popped it in the oven before the guests arrived, and WOW was this a crowd pleaser! Tender, juicy, flavorful chicken! Everyone asked for the recipe.

I coated both sides of the chicken in the marinade and then baked it.
The garlic and lemon olive oil is a very tasty marinade. I love the idea of using it on shrimp!
