We were in the mood for seafood, so I substituted a thick cut of sea bass for the chicken. It was wonderful! I served it with red quinoa and fresh steamed green beans. YUMMY!!!!!

Delicious, simple enough to remember "in my head". We both loved it. I served it with brown rice to soak up the lovely juices. With a green vegetable or salad, it's less trouble than going out.

Fabulous. Simple, easy, nutritious, and delicious. I followed the recipe and it was great. You could add muchrooms or artichokes as others have suggested. Also this recipe would be easy to expand to feed a small army or for just two people. This is a keeper!

Fantastic chicken recipe. I doubled the sauce and used skinless boneless chicken breasts. You have to enjoy lemons though!
