    This just had a funny after taste, maybe I got a bit of the rind in the lemon zest or something but the taste in general was just off.

    Some are saying it was too lemony but I could barley taste the lemon in mine!

    Not my favourite.

    I was going to give this recipe just 2 stars and then just now I realized that I used SKINLESS boneless chicken breasts and I think maybe that made a difference. That being said, it was too lemony for me. I know some people said that it wasn't lemony enough but it was too much to me. The chicken was moist but I just didn't like the taste. Sorry Ina, I love you but just didn't love this recipe.

    This was such a great and EASY recipe. The flavors were just right. If I could've given this recipe more stars, I would have. I don't ever say that. This recipe was THAT GOOD!!! Granted you MUST like the basic flavorings, ie garlic, lemon and oregano. If you don't like these flavors, don't bother, but if you do you will be amazed. Thanks Ina!!!

    I used skinless chicken breasts because that's what I had on hand, and they were still moist and delicious! Then last night, I used my last breast and turned it into the yummiest lemony chicken salad with a little mayo and a few other ingredients! This may be my go-to recipe for making chicken salad from now on.

    I cut back on the lemon. I learned from Ina's Chicken Piccata that she likes a lot of lemon so took that into account. However, even though it wasn't overly lemony, there was something missing. My husband kept saying "shouldn't there be mushrooms or artichoke hearts with this?" It did seem to need something but I don't know what. The good thing is even though there was a lot of garlic, it was not garlicky. I did add a tablespoon of parsley to help avoid that. Overall, I will play with this recipe a few times and see what I can come up with that is more rounded.

    I didn't have chicken breasts..just thighs but used the same sauce and it was really good. I really like the lemon zest and garlic together

    Ina kept talking about the sauce this recipe developed, I had a runny mess! Marinating the chicken in the lemon, garlic, oil might have married the chicken to the sauce but the chicken just sat on top. Ina's lemon chicken in much better..Sorry Ina. I love most of your recipes.

    Amazing! I had to use bone-in, skin-on chicken breast and dried thyme (used a little less than called for in the recipe and cooked it for a little longer than called for, but otherwise followed the recipe exactly and it came out perfect! I think i can even use a little more lemon flavor next time, but this is definitely a keeper!!

    Ina does it again! This recipe is so yummy! I followed exactly and it came out perfectly. I made it for my husband, but it's definitely good enough to serve for guests and so simple to make. Thanks, Ina!
