    WONDERFUL recipe. So easy, healthy, and flavorful. Prep was only a couple of minutes and then you can just throw it in the oven. One of my favorites!

    This recipe has to get top marks by being both easy and delicious, and was enjoyed by all who had it. I made a few changes. I used skinless, boneless chicken thighs rather than breasts. I didn't have 9 cloves of garlic (but would love to try it that way, so used 4 cloves plus some powdered garlic granules, and it was fine. Halfway through cooking, I turned the chicken pieces and basted it with the sauce. Great served over brown rice cooked in chicken broth. I'll add this to my repertoire of favorites. My 21 year old college aged son asked for the recipe. He's an "advanced beginner" chef and I think he'll be able to handle it. :-

    This was really easy to make and was very flavorful. I used bone-in chicken breasts since that is what I had on hand. My daughter who loves anything with lemons absolutely loved this.

    This was really tasty, delicious and so easy to make. I made a simple mushroom risotto along with it. I would even make this for a dinner party.

    Delicious! Left the bone in and thought it was delicious and moist. The combination of herbs, lemon and garlic made it definitely perfect for guests. It was simple to make and very healthy.
