I have to start out by saying I love lemon. However, did 1/2 the lemon as recommended and it was lovely. Then put lemon wedges on the table for those of us who like alot a lemon. Only used 3/4 the amount of pasta and it was just right. Next day it was dry when reheated and had to add a little water--maybe make 1 and 1/2 the sauce and save some for reheating the next day.

Usually Ina's pastas are great, but this pasta was just plain bad. The lemon is incredibly overwhelming (and I LOVE lemon and it being mixed with heavy cream gave the sauce a really funky flavor. My husband will eat any pasta I toss his way, but after taking a few bites, he glumly admitted that it was not good at all and stopped eating it. The worst part is that it made so much and I had to dump all of it down the drain, since neither of us could stomach it.

This recipe has such bright flavors! I just loved it! I will definitely make this again!! I was worried that combining the lemon juice and cream together that the sauce would break...it didn't!! Delicious Ina!!

This pasta is so yummy and so easy. I like it both with and without the arugula. I've even substituted the heavy cream for light cream and it still tasted great because of the other flavor-filled ingredients. I usually skip the salt in recipes, but not on this one, otherwise the sauce would be way too bland.

I was so excited to try this recipe, arugula is my favorite!! However, it gave the pasta a strange texture and for the very first time in my life, I thought there was way way to much in there! All of the other flavors were awesome, and I loved the amount of lemon (I would have even liked more but next time I make it I will use sun dried tomatoes in lieu of the arugula.
By desserts rule!

Ina, this dish is the ultimate!!!! I crave this dish when I want something rich and comfy. I have to admit that the first time I made this, I used spinach. It had a good taste, but when I used arugula...wow! Such a difference. Its flavor changed to something out of this world. This is everybody's favorite dish at my parties! Thanks Ina for a great recipe!
