The only bad thing about this recipe is that I accidently spilled the boiling water from the pasta on my left arm. I guess my kitchen isn't big enough for my roommate and I! We watched Ina's show and were inspired to make this recipe for the BBQ that we were attending that evening. HUGE sucess! Everyone loved this pasta dish. Next time I will add chicken for a more complete meal.

I just graduated college and on a trip back home I decided to make a meal for my family. My sister picked this recipe out of my Barefoot Contessa cookbook and it was delicious! I added chunks of grilled chicken to the recipe because my dad prefers meals with some protein in them and he loved it! It was also a very easy recipe to make that tastes great.

I made this to take for my lunches throughout the week, it reheated okay in the mic, not super. It tasted good, but the creaminess of the sauce was gone. I added pine nuts and chicken. Good!

i watched this recipe on tv & found it very interesting..i like onions & spicy food. so i added onions along with garlic & also add red chilli flakes along with the cream.. also i used cream & half & half...rest of recipe was same.. i added parsley & basil in the end.. after reading many reviews about overpowering taste of lemon, i added zest of one lemon & its juice till it suited my taste... its a very refreshing recipe.. nice change than the regular pasta... even my husband who was sceptical about this recipe, loved it in the end... its a new favourite now....

This dish is a beautiful pasta to serve in the summer . . . Bursting with fresh flavor and bright color, it combines a luscious and lemony cream sauce with the summertime freshness of greens and tomatoes. It's simple to prepare and actually good reheated the next day, unlike most pastas with cream sauce. A new favorite!

Very tasty! This dish is perfect for a summer evening....creamy but not heavy. There's just enough lemon flavor without it overpowering the other flavors. I added lemon pepper seasoned chicken, and I would not change a thing.

I have a rule: If the name of a recipe includes a certain ingredient, you can't complain there is too much of it in the dish. In fact, I think this dish could have used a little more lemon, and more sauce in general. However, that is the only bad thing about it! It was really light on the belly. We grilled up some chicken and shrimp and added it. Perfect!

I served this for dinner with grilled chicken breasts. The lemon cream sauce is so refreshing. Everyone loved it!

This has just a hint of lemon, but is not sour. I added lemon chicken to it and it was sooo good. One of my favorits for sure.
