So quick, easy, inexpensive and oh so delicious! I added some asparagus to make sure we got our veggies.

This recipe was easy, inexpensive, and quick to prepare. I love how perfectly cooked the shrimp were by roasting them. The only thing I changed was that I used garlic salt on the shrimp. I can't resist a little garlic in a pasta dish. It was a hit with everyone that ate it. I wanted more of it instead of dessert! I thought the cooking times and amounts of everything were right on. I'm pretty picky about things being greasy or oily and I did not find that to be the case with this at all. Everything was right on! I can't wait to make it again.

I liked the simplicity of this recipe, but in my opinion, the taste was too simple. The lemon was nice with the shrimp, but still the dish was too bland. I added parmesan cheese, and if it weren't for that, this would have had basically no flavor. I did enjoy the cooking method for the shrimp though. I will use this idea again in the future--very easy and fast.

After seeing the show, reading the reviews---and being familiar with Ina's expertise---I knew this would be good. Did not expect the WOW effect! I did add a little (very little! garlic and some red pepper flakes to the sauce. Loved it. Shrimp were perfectly cooked. (I think it may be my go-to method from now on...

I saw Ina make this on TV, went right into the kitchen and whipped it up for the family. They LOVED it. Brought the leftovers to work and shared with my co-worker. They LOVED it. Gave them the recipe and their families are very happy I shared. Follow directions exactly and your family will love it too.

No offense to you Grace, but you obviously did something wrong. Maybe it was the shrimp you bought, but fresh is the best. The shrimp baked perfectly in my oven as well and it isn't a top tier oven. They were cooked all the way through and they had a great flavor. The pasta was very good and not overpowering with lemon. Sprinkled with Parmesan cheese it was very good. Ina knows what she is doing.

This was quick a nd simnple, but The "sauce" was greasy and lacked depth of flavor. The shrimp was excellent. I will not cook this again.

I have made other Ina recipes in the past and have found that the cooking times are generally not accurate and this is no exception. I can usually adjust but there was no recovery from this fiasco! The shrimp never fully cooked despite tossing them in a fry pan on top of the stove to finish them off. The "sauce" was greasy and lacked depth of flavor. The shrimp went in the pail and we had pasta for dinner. If you haven't roasted shrimp before skip this step and just cook them in the butter, lemon, and olive oil while the pasta cooks. Wish I thought of that first!

I saw Ina make this in the morning and had it on my dinner table that night. It was one of the best meals I have ever had....and so simple! I would not change a single thing about the recipe. I will definitely be roasting my shrimp from now on!
