This was very easy and light. Great spring/summer recipe. I chopped 3 cloves garlic and tossed with the shrimp before roasting. I also garnished the finished dish with chopped parsley, which not only added flavor but color. My only complaint is that the pasta completely absorbs the sauce. I served it tonight with a basic cucumber/tomato/red onion salad with olive oil and red wine vinegar. The OO and vinegar ran into the pasta on the plate, and it tasted really good and helped with the stickiness of the pasta...almost like a pasta salad. Anyway, a super easy weeknight supper. Thanks!

OMG, how great and easy was this?! Like others, I added garlic and my husband put crushed red pepper flakes on his helping - he said it took it to another dimension. Ina has done it again! Thanks for another great meal!!!

This was delicious and will be a "keeper" recipe. My husband loves it. I added 2 gloves of minced garlic when adding the lemon zest and juice and also added some flat leaf parsley (rough chopped on top. This was delicious and I will always roast my shrimp in the future. I have never prepared shrimp this way and it really tastes much better than boiled. So quick and easy too! Thanks Ina!

I have two children under the age of 7...and a husband...that likes to eat...this is one of the best light, but filling...I hate to quote Rachel Ray...recipes ever!!! If you want it more garlicy..simple...toss the shrimp in a bowl w/ the olive oil, salt, pepper, and mince some garlic..one big clove. This is a keeper!!!

I served this at a family gathering ages 12-64. All declared it delicious. My 37 year old son declared, "Mom, you nailed the shrimp!" The only change I made was to add a touch of minced garlic to the shrimp. If you like this recipe be sure to try Ina's Scallops Provencial.
