LOVED this! Super simple but really delicious, this will definitely become a new go-to. I used a little more garlic and red pepper flakes than she called for, but I like lots of garlic and a little more spice. I also substituted fresh basil for parsley since that's my personal preference and it's what I had on hand. I would definitely recommend this!

My first time making simple shrimp scampi .I made this for dinner today and it was very good. I kind of did my own measuring thats just my way of cooking but my husband loved it and at first the kids looked at it funny but then they was asking for more. I love this b/c it was simple to make for ppl who are like myself who only know how to cook certain things. Now I can add this to my menu of I can do's the only thing I did was at the end of cooking I did add parmesean cheese only b/c i love to add that particular cheese to any of my pasta meals.

Thank you for this recipe oh and LikaMe i did add Kosher salt instead of reg salt thank you

It was good but I have to remember that Ina uses too much salt in all of her recipes. I wonder if she is a smoker, so many that do over salt everything.

Sooo good. Guests thought it was great. It does have a strong lemon flavor but that aspect is what everyone seemed to like about it. Soo, if you don't like lemon maybe don't use as much. But I think it's perfect the way it is. The heavy flavor of the pasta mixed with the brightness of the lemon is great. Love love love Ina. She has given me the reputation as the best cook in the family.

Delicious, I added scallops to the dish. My family enjoyed it. next time though I will not use so much lemon, only the zest in the dish, and the half slices to garnish. Very easy to bring a restaurant style dish to my table!

Loved it! It was a very quick meal that we choose last minute. I made some adjustments~ substatuted lemon juice instead of the fresh lemon (didn't have it, used egg noodles (served the meal in bowls and added Edemame & broccoli to the dish. Added about 1 Tbls of flour to thicken the somewhat oily base and it was perfect and fed two adults and an 11 year old.

    Flavor was amazing.
