This was such an easy recipe. So flavorful, but light! Absolutely delicious!

I made this recipe for family & guest using all of the ingredients. My guest asked for the recipe. Excellent, fast & easy!

I watched this episode and it looked lovely. I could even smell it! Well it was horrid. Way too much lemon and garlic. I can still taste it 48 hours later. I will be honest and say I love almost every recipe I have tried but this was by far the worst ever from food network! Sorry Ina if you catered this to my party I would demand a refund! Everyone hated this dinner but always loved everything else I have made from you. your best ever was the coleslaw with blue cheese salad and the tenderloin sandwiches. I want to say I did this with shrimp and another with chicken for a party of 10 we ordered out pizza OUCH! MIA CULPA- how did I manage to mess your recipe up this way?

What a great dish. After my pasta water started boiling, this dish took only 15 minutes to prepare. I will keep this recipe on-hand for those quick after work meals.

If I can follow and cook this recipe, and have it taste this delicious, anybody can! Easy, easy, easy. A little secret is to make it a day ahead, because it's even better after all the flavors sit and combine. This is now my go-to recipe for office potlucks, they love it.

    DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!! : : :
This is the "perfect scampi". It's not too heavy not too light. The lemon flavor is so "Italy"! (we just got back from Italy and enjoyed many pastas similar to this one
Also I added 1 tbsp more of butter and a few extra dashes of red pepper.
This is easy, easy to make but elegant enough to make for special friends.
THIS IS A KEEPER!!! Thank you Ina!
