Easy, fast and delicious. I added sliced mushrooms and extra red pepper flakes for a little more kick

Wow! Simple, easy and delicious! I loved all the layers of lemon flavor. I used whole wheat pasta and it was great! Make sure you salt it because this dish really needed salt. The small amount of butter really adds a lot of flavor with out much fat. You could always up the olive oil but I think the butter makes a big difference :

Made this low fat as I am on a restricted diet so cut out the butter and used olive oil, salt, garlic. Cooked the shrimp and then added a half can of chicken broth. Not a big fan of lemon so cut that out and served with grated locatelli. Delicious!!

It is so easy and sooooo good. But I do change it a little. Omitting the red pepper flakes is fine; does not change taste. Also I do not use the parsley. Never seem to have it on hand. Also I use angel hair pasta; makes it a little 'lighter'. Add lemon juice to taste; usually I add more. But the 'biggie' for me is at the end. Before adding the pasta I throw in at least 1/2 cup of shredded Parmesan-Romano cheese (or cheese of your choice. Mix it in; add the pasta and enjoy.

My recipe is very similar, but being from Wisconsin I add a 1/4 cup grated parm.and a shot of white wine. Thumbs up to your recipe.

This recipe is very tasty but I cut back on the salt. 1 1/2 teaspoons is a bit too much. Added some Italian parsley for looks.

This recipe was so easy yet so delicious. Fancy enough for company but I made it just for me and enjoyed every bite with leftovers for another time. I did add some white wine to the sauce and let it reduce. I was actually surprised that Ina didn't include that. Yummy!

    Ina, you've done it again!
This is a wonderful recipe. I thought it could use a bit more butter but only because I added a bit more lemon. This is incredibly fresh and delicious. I'll definitely fold this in to my monthly (maybe weekly meals.
