I was really disappointed with this recipe. The lemons were way too overpowering. I tried adding a touch more olive oil to the dressing but it was still too acidic. The bacon and cheese flavors made it too salty as well. I only tasted salty and lemons . . I don't think I'll try this recipe again.

This is a very good recipe. On the show, Ina added Champagne vinegar to the dressing, and it is missing on the website.

Lobster is one of the most expensive seafoods that one can buy, but delicious, of course. Unfortunately, this recipe fails because it disguises the main ingredient. Shrimp, or a firm whitefish, could easily be substituted, and the taste would be the same. I prefer to save my lobster for dishes where it can be the star.

Worse recipe I ever made. The bacon and cheese dominate the flavor making the lobster wish it was still back in the ocean. What a waste of good lobster. If you are determined to try it, cut the blue cheese and bacon by ate LEAST half. I will not be making it again.

It took some time to compile the ingredients, but it was definitely worth the effort. Very very tasty.

This recipe is fantastic, it is bright, colorful, and full of flavor! I subsituted chicken for the lobster due to an allergy, but it had a full flavor that was very sweet, tangy, and refreshing. The preparation was very easy and quick. This is a must try!

Too many flavors competing with the lobster. Between the arugala, bacon, and blue cheese you could substitute turkey for the lobster and never notice. Save a pile of money, too.

I've never been disappointed with any of Ina's recipes, and this one is no exception. The salad is delicious. Simple to prepare. Great combination of flavors. I chose to serve it for lunch with some crusty bread instead of the hotdog rolls. I was testing the recipe out to serve at a bbq we are hosting in a couple of weeks. This will definitely be on the menu.
