The best pork I have ever ate. My entire family ate it up, and that is almost impossible to do!!

I found this recipe relatively easy to prepare. The flavor was delicious. I found the sauce to be even more superb the next day. This would be an excellent dish to serve at holidays instead of turkey. I loved it and so did my family!!!

The Contessa is a proven source of quality recipes. The forum tips on altered methods and/or ingredients to accommodate varying tastes are helpful, but do ignore the cranks and whiners.

Made this pork loin on New Year's Eve for my South Beach Diet-practicing in-laws, and it was fabulous! Also included her green beans with carmelized shallots as a side dish - this is one of my favorite "no fail" veggie choices. Thanks, Ina...my mother-in-law says that her son is in good hands!!

I liked the show, all the recipes were great. It looked delicious and easy to make and personally I think it uses a little too much butter. But for the holidays why not. Looking forward to making them.

At least two reviewers downrated this recipe because the apple tartin recipe was not included in the recipe listing. How dumb! Why downgrade a perfectly good recipe for reasons that have nothing to do with the recipe itself?

Impressive meal that doesn't take all day. Used a pork loin with out the ribs. It was very good.
