    This recipe is amazing and I am a little saddened that people rated it who clearly didn't even make it. Far and away the best pork roast I have ever made. The sauce is divine, full of complex flavors and very unique.

    Takes quite awhile to make but it's well worth it.

    this is absolutely the most delicious recipe and the presentation is marvelous. This is my favorite recipe from Ina. No wonder Jeffrey loves her so....

    very disappointed that the apple tart recipe was not given. wanted to make it right away & no can do. this recipe is not in her books either!
