This version of a long island iced tea is absolutely fabulous and refreshing, and if you follow the directions exactly, you will truly believe it to be the best you've ever had. Once again, Ina comes through with perfection - thank you so much Ina!

I've never had a Long Island that tasted SO good! I also used Triple Sec instead of Cointreau and it tasted super delicious. All of my guests loved it =D

...as a Long Island Ice Tea should be. I substituted the Cointreau for Triple Sec (which is 1/10 the price after a tip from another shopper in the grocery isle. EXCELLENT INA!

My parents have been making this recipe for years! It's wonderfully delicious and tastes, believe it or not, like just plain old iced tea which is what makes it so dangerous. Drink more than one and I guarantee you, you'll be seven sheets to the wind and more. One is enough, just remember that. Thanks Ina for sharing my mother's favorite drink!
