I think that they were OK but I put a tablespoon of honey in it for a little more flavor.

I tried Ina Garten's Mango Daquiris. They are great.
The second time I made them for guests I used a jar of canned mangos from Trader Joes. I drained them, and saved the syrup they came in. I cut them in 1 inch chunks and froze them in zip lock.
When guests arrived I simply used the frozen mangos, lime juice, 2 tablespoons of mango syrup instead of sugar syrup, added the rum and about 1 cup of crushed ice to the blender.
These are a beautiful, sun-flower orange color and are delicious.
Try Ina Garten's mango daquiris. They are a great summer drink.

Puree it in the blender for a better drink. Gets rid of mango fibers.
