Very easy to make and quite good. Loved that they weren't too sweet. The mixture was a little more moist than I expected but quite tasty.

Easy to make if you use a big mixer. Scones weren't as sugary as I would have liked and the glaze lacked flavor. I guess I am not crazy about Maple Syrup after all.

Ina is amazing. These scones are amazing- Fluffy and delicious with a rich taste that is not to sweet...unless you go wild with the glaze. I halved the recipe and came out with 13 good size scones. Great recipe, as expected.

These were delicious. I made them the a day ahead and wrapped them in plastic right on the baking sheet BEFORE washing with egg or baking. Took them right from the refrigerator to the oven in the morning and they baked off fine. You do not need to grease or spray the cookie sheet at all. My husband thought they were the best scones he'd ever tasted, either homemade or in European tea shops.

Very tasty scones - like many of her scones are. Made one little change to get more of the maple flavor I used grade B maple syrup in the dough. You can get it at Whole Foods or Trader Joes. I used grade A for the glaze. And a word to the people who use this forum to report a problem - contact the web support people.
