Ingredients

1/2 pound unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 cup good orange marmalade

Directions

Combine the butter and orange marmalade in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment. Serve at room temperature.

The corrected recipe was great. 1 c. marmalade to 1/2 lb unsalted butter. I don't have a paddle, so just used beaters. Worked just fine. Might use more marmalade next time. Very tasty!
