The corrected recipe was great. 1 c. marmalade to 1/2 lb unsalted butter. I don't have a paddle, so just used beaters. Worked just fine. Might use more marmalade next time. Very tasty!

Turns out great every time (as written. It's a "must have" at our house for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter.

I've made this recipe many times before seeing it on Ina's show. I use the same ingredients, however I also add a 4oz. package of cream cheese to the recipe. Super delicious on bagels and English muffins!

It had never occurred to me to mix butter and marmalade, but after watching the show I used a non-trans-fat butter and whipped it with a sugar-free apricot jelly. The result was a delicious topping for biscuits, toast, and maybe even for a warm low carb pancake.
