    I had no idea how easy it was to make such delicious fries!! I will definitely try adding parmesan cheese & garlic powder next time. However, they were great with just sea salt & some parley too. Thanks Ina for helping me impress my family!! This was an absolutely perfect accompaniment to the filet of beef au poivre.

    I LOVE french fries and who knew that I would be capable of making the best ones I've ever tasted?! Thanks to Ina, these crispy-on-the-outside and oh-so fluffy-and-tender on the inside are the absolute taste sensation; dare I say better than Balthazar in New York? Indeed! Next time, I'll make these for a dinner party because they'll be a guaranteed hit!

    Very good, I think the frying time needs to be increased a bit but very good. I made a batch to recipe, a little plain, and I made a batch with some parm cheese and garlic powder mixed together and tossed with the warm matchstick, beyond a good deal!
