Me and my family loved it, lol even though it fell apart it was still delicious... I wish I knew what made it do that.

Good and easy. Followed exactly with exception of adding ~1T brown sugar. Drained off a LOT of fat/oil using 80% chuck, then transferred to rack for addl draining. Was perfectly moist and not at all oily to taste. The top did crack, even with the pan of water, so not so pretty. I'd consider adding a little ketchup (or bloody mary mix to the meat next time just to try. Lastly, cooked more quickly...

I've tried a million different meatloaf recipes and this is my "go to". It comes out moist, delicious and flavorful every time. If I don't have tomato paste on hand then I use catsup as a sub and if I don't have fresh thyme I will use dry and it still comes out wonderful. If there's any meatloaf left over then I toss it in Spaghetti sauce the next night.

This meatloaf recipe is so delicious! I've made it several times so far and have not had a problem. I usually add a half a cup of ketchup to the meat mixture as well as adding a ton of ketchup on top and I think it comes out amazing! Although the regular recipe is great, I just love extra ketchup!

Anyone that had a problem with this meat loaf must be doing something wrong. It was amazing!! I did a little less then 3 cups onions and it was just perfect. If you're going to add other veggies then I would probably cut back on the onions but this was just PERFECT. use the pan full of water too. Really made it moist!!

This was delicious! I followed it to a T, and loved the flavor. The only problem was that it fell apart! I didn't care but if I had been serving it to guests it would have been embarrassing!! She made the same recipe as meatballs and mini meatloaves on different episodes. I think the meatballs would hold together better.
