I have made it 3 times now and each time i like it better. I mix half pork and half beef and reduce the onions as my kids dont like that much onion. I also add a little HP sauce to the ketchup in the glaze. Very tasty and easy

My husband never liked meatloaf until i made this for dinner. He loved it so much he brought it to work and says its the best! For more flavor i added half a cup of parmesan cheese, 3 minced garlic, italian and thyme seasoning and fresh basil. It held together pretty well because of the cheese. The pan of hot water under the oven really made it moist! Great trick! Thank u Ina!

Quite delicious and easy to prepare. I like putting my spin on it and add some red pepper flakes and shitake mushrooms. DEFINITELY a 5 STAR dish

This recipe is great. I subtitute the tomato paste for ketchup and the ketchup for BBQ sauce. I've made it for my family and friends tons of times and they love it!

Ina, this recipe was so good! It came out perfectly!!! My dad and I both were beyond delighted with the ease and taste of the meatloaf. The hot water pan really kept the loaf moist. The only difference is we substituted the seasoned bread crumbs for Cajun spiced panko crumbs. The little kick complimented the ketchup and added an unexpected jolt. We both went back for seconds. Thank you for such a great recipe that can be altered depending on items in the pantry. This dish will surely be added to the "simple and delicious" recipe box!!
