I was visiting GA when I saw Ina demonstrate this recipe. I didn't have a pen handy so when I returned home, I looked it up on the Food Network website. This is the ABSOLUTE BEST meatloaf I have ever had. It is easy to make, healthy and the taste is Superior. After making it the first time, within the next week, I had made it 3 times because it was so good. Thank You Ina!!

Good, traditional meat loaf. Unfortunately nothing special... I like the suggested way to cook it though!

Followed the recipe to a "T". It was garbage. I went out and got taco seasoning and tortillas.
It fell apart like ground chop meat, After basting the ketchup was overcome by the fat from the meat and slid of the loaf. Nice flavor but tthe texture of a basic meatloaf was not there. I would eliminate the chicken broth and up the bread crumbs

I changed the recipe a bit to what my family liked about my meatloaf, but the best idea was the pan of water in the oven while it was cooking. That made it SSSSOOOO much better.

I tried it for supper. Husband and I did not care for it. It didn't have much flavor and seemed to be mushy. Will not make it again.

I made this yesterday and it was just delicious. I may make meatloaf once a year, yes, you heard right. I am not good with ground beef dishes, but this was a WINNER. I loved the taste the thyme and Worcestershire gave to the beef. Good stuff! I did add some sweet sausage.Rgds, RB

Easy to make! Great taste and moist! My son and hubby loved it and they don't like meatloaf. I made two loaves and freeze one loaf (individual serving wrapped in foil & put in ziploc freezer bag. Will definitely make this again!

I think this recipe was fabulous. It was moist and flavorful. I knew it was good because my boyfriend didn't cover the meat in ketchup in order to eat it. He had two huge pieces and we're having the leftovers tonight for dinner. I did alter the recipe just a little -- I used the three meat mix (instead of all beef, used beef stock instead of chicken stock (had a container of beef stock left over from the other night and did not put the ketchup on top. Thank you Ina.....it was DELICIOUS!!!!!

I've never liked meat loaf, but this is the BEST MEAT LOAF I've ever had... Now my family enjoys meat loaf once a week... Thank you Ina you're the best...
