    I'm mexican, and I would never put cayenne pepper in hot chocolate. I would rename it as Ina's variation of hot chocolate, but is not mexican whatsoever. :

    I doubled the milk amount as it was pretty thick otherwise. With just 2 C of milk, I found it to be quite like the liquid portion of a lava cake (that's how my wife described it. It tasted really good though!

    This was very tasty and so smooth. I added a bit more cinnamon and cayenne, plus a touch of allspice. What a treat!

    yummy, saw at 2am and couldn't stop thinking about it. got out of bed and i'm glad i did, rich with a kick! didn't use sugar and still satsified my choc.graving perfectly.

    My husband loved this so much.I added instant coffee to this so its more like Mexican hot chocolate coffee we had on our trip to sandiego.Thanks Ina
