    My goodness! I made two pumpkin pies and an apple crisp as well, but when I put this one on the table it was gone in 5 minutes! Thanks Ina!

    First cheesecake I ever made and it turned out amazing...the only thing is the recipe mix made enough filling for 2 normal pie crust (store brought..but it turned out GREAT..

    I made this exact recipe last Thanksgiving and it turned out perfect! However I just pulled this year's out of the oven and there is a huge crack in the middle that occurred during the open-oven-door phase. What happened this time? It is so very ugly and I am ashamed to bring it to my sister's house tomorrow. Is there a way to fill it in or fix it? What did I do wrong?

    I was looking for a wow desert for my husband's Christmas party. I tested it yesterday. I followed the recipe exactly. All I can say is OMG. It looks more beautiful than any cheesecake in any fancy restaurant desert case. It tastes better too. It may be the best desert I have ever eaten. If I could give this recipe 10 stars I would.
