Let me start off by saying, I LOVE Ina. I have all of her cookbooks (and often preorder them.

I made this cake for company and it was a huge hit. I decided to order the cookies from Tate's and fell in love with those as well (and ended up ordering their cookbook.

The cake is incredibly easy and what's even better...I don't have to bake AND I can make it ahead. I highly recommend this very easy and delicious recipe!!!!

It's all about the mocha whipped cream, which was completely delicious. I used 1/4 Kahlua and 1/4 brewed coffee and skipped the espresso powder. I made my own chocolate chip cookies. Just make sure what you use is thin -- or it's really hard to cut the cake.

I made this last night,it was a lot of fun making it,however i used non-alcoholic kahlua and target brand market pantry crispy cookies ,i couldn't find expresso powder so i just used regular instant powder ..waiting to eat it tonight after dinner..This was definitely easy to make and if it turns out good ill make it again for a party.

I made this dessert for Christmas dinner. Definitely a major hit with the family. Since I could not find thin cookies, I used a chunky chocolate chip cookie. It was so easy to prepare. Waiting was the hard part. Thank Ina !
