This is wonderful, I had never had it before and ate quite a lot with the wonderful chicken recipe. Easy to make and great for left overs!

This is my absolute favorite couscous recipe. I follwed it exactly except I used an Iranian berry called zereshk instead of the currants. They are small, unsweetened and very tangy. It turned out wonderfully. Next time I might try almonds instead of pine nuts. I already can't wait to have this again!

I love couscous and this is one of my favorite ways to enjoy it. The currants and pine nuts are a great combination.

Nice change from potatoes and rice. Great flavor, especially with the sauce from the chicken. If you don't have currants, try golden raisins, or diced carrots and zucchini.
