    This is very delicious. Also did it without the saffron. I tried cooking mussels before and they were just not the same if you know what I mean. Will cook again and again. Very addictive. Must try.

    I really like this recipe! I prefer it without the saffron though. It is so good! Make sure you have lots of bread!

    I made these this evening for my husband and father who are both big seafood fans. They loved them - ate every mussel and soaked up all the broth with some sourdough bread. This recipe was so good I'm even planning on making it for a friend who's a chef!

    I did a seafood dinner this past weekend for my family & my father. Started out with oyster shooters followed by mussels then fish chowder.
    I've tried cooking mussles before, but without much luck. The trick with the flour worked great! I got the parsley & thyme from my herb garden. Everyone was looking for more! My husband said that I could do this again anytime. Thanks, Ina

    This is a great dish - quick to make and is absolutely delicious. The last time I made the recipe, I didn't have saffron on hand so left it out and it was still great. I used a large saute pan to cook the mussles in which worked very well. I've tried other recipes for Mussels in white wine and so far, this is the best!

    The recipe was easy and simple. The finished product was really delicious, especially the soup. Stuck to the recipe except for the saffron. The flavor wasn't overpowering, it was a very light flavor.

    This was so delicious and easy. We love mussels and usually order them when we go out to dinner. My husband says this was better than any restaurant, and, the best meal I have ever made him!!!!

    I was a little disapointed in the white wine broth. I just expected a little more bang. But this is the first time one of Ina's recipes has let me down.

    This recipe is outstanding if you are mussel lover. I made them for and appetizer for a party and they disappeared in a flash! Everyone wanted the recipe, but then again everything Ina does is fantastic.
