This is delicious... I love Ina! I didn't even measure the ingredients, just eye balled it and it came out great. It seriously in probably the best potato salad I have ever eaten. It tastes so fresh.

Another winner Ina, several years ago you made a potato salad
I think it was dill potato salad. It was so good I have misplaced
the recipe. This one is almost as good as that one.
Love it when Jeffery is on you two are so cute together.

Ever since I began making this potato salad last year, I am now in charge of potato salad if it is ever wanted at a function. It is so flavorful and tangy. The buttermilk adds such a creaminess.
I cut up my potatoes before I boil them (so I'm not trying to cut up hot potatoes and with the salt that is in the water, they are usually salted enough or just need a tad bit. The first time I made it, I followed the recipe to a T and it was way too salty. Taste as you season.

Wow! My daughters and husband are picky eaters, but this recipe is a resounding winner in our house. We love the huge flavor (let's face it, potatoes are bland! I thought that the 1/2 cup of dill and all the mustard would be too much, but I was so wrong. This recipe will be used be me and my daughters for many years to come!

I can't rate it a 10? My new favorite. So simple, so easy and so delicious! We added bacon and it was a nice addition. The only problem was that everyone liked it so much there were no leftovers. Way to go Ina.

I pride myself for my potato salad. But, adding the buttermilk made it even better. Thanks Ina for all your wonderful recipes. I love when Jeffery comes home.

I recently made this potato salad for a family reunion, I added boiled eggs to the recipe and everybody loved it, it was gone instantly! The dill makes it taste so much more flavorful than any other potato salad I've ever sampled, its awesome!

I generally love Ina's recipes. However, this one lacked any zip. The flavor, to me, was very flat. I will not make this again.

I made this potato salad yesterday and Ina's chicken salad sandwiches today, served them together and everyone loved the meal. My husband even took a sandwich to work because he enjoyed it so much. I can't wait to try more Barefoot Contessa recipes.
