Made this many times and everyone loved it. It is a bit spicey so we've reduce the crushed red pepper a bit.

Wonderful tasting and easy. I substituted fat-free half and half and used whole grain pasta. My family never noticed the difference. Make sure to use San Marzano tomatoes.

Oh YES! I halved the recipe and when I crushed the tomatoes I let the juice run into the pot (I'm not wasting any of that San Marzano goodness! I've tried a couple of vodka sauce recipes, and according to my husband, I 'nailed it' on this one. I used 1/2 and 1/2 because that's what I had - I will make this again and again and again!

Very, very spicy. I would cut back the red pepper to 1/4 tsp if not less. Used the juices from canned tomatoes as other suggested and had no issues.

SOOOOO Amazing!! I added cajun grilled chicken breast to mine the first time. And the second time, I added garlic shrimp!! It's so delicious!! Definitely a recipe I will one day make for my family..over and over again!!
