The brownies were so moist and delicious!!! This was my first time making brownies from scratch and it was easy.I did not add the nuts because my husband and I prefer the glazed walnuts on top. I liked the taste but next time I'm not going to use as much of the coffee granules. I may just add one tablespoon. Other than that the brownies came out perfectly and this will definitely be my go to brownie recipe from now on!!!! Thanks Ina!!!

Not a great taste at all and I was stuck with an entire cookie sheet of them. They just didn't have the semi sweet chocolate taste I'm use to in Brownies.
I'd make them again with all the chocolate being Semi sweet but I don't want another giant pile of bad brownies.
If you do make them make sure in the recipe it says 6 ounces unsweetened chocolate use semi sweet.

Excellent, fudgy, brownie. I made a 1/2 recipe and baked it in a 9x13 dish. Came out perfectly!

Excellent! Made a half batch, the only thing I would do different next time is no nuts. My family and I just think they would be even better (personal taste. Used ALL Ghiradelli chocolate. Will definitely make again!! Thanks :

The best brownies...EVER! I am not well was not a brownie eater, but made some for my dad. The were excellent and I ate quite a few myself. This will before ever my "go-to" brownie recipe. I LOVE INA!!!

Throw out all your other brownie recipes and don't bother trying any new ones. I have never found any other recipe that even comes close to these. These brownies are the best I have ever had -- everyone raves about them. This is the ultimate brownie now and forever!! Thank you so much Ina!

Positivley sinful! About 3 years ago I made this recipe for a xmas party. My cousin fell in love with these brownie, till this day she rants and raves about the brownies. Today I was craving brownie's, so I whipped up this recipe and let me tell you, its a great recipe-maybe one of the best. Bless Ina for these wonderful recipes.

Great taste, but I think they are too gooey. My family loves them and they do taste great, but I think they should be more firm for brownies. Not sure if was the butter or the eggs?

These brownies are nothing short of A-MA-ZING! Total and complete yumminess and texture and a definite crowd pleaser. Thanks so much! (To reecoe: I'm guessing that in doubling your batch there was some sort of misstep, as I have been known to do that myself. I challenge you to try them again - a single batch - as the reviews seem to say they are a great brownie. You won't regret it!
