I wanted a great brownie recipe to take to my office and I thought these would be it which is why I made a double recipe, unfortunately I was wrong! This recipe has entirely too many eggs and makes the texture of the brownie a little odd; so I had to throw out both batches of brownies good thing that I didn't tell anyone at work of my intent to bring in a delicious treat. I definitely will not be making these again!!

This recipe is hands-down THE best brownie recipe! I have tried a few and these brownies were remarkable. I did bake mine in two pans (8x8 and 9x9, which made the brownies a bit thicker so I had to bake them longer. They were perfect from the edges to the middle. I will always make them that way, as I enjoyed them being so thick and rich! Everyone at the football party RAVED about them! This is my go-to brownie recipe from now on!

These are incredible! I decided to 1.5x the recipe and shouldn't have; it makes a TON as is. But they are absolutely delicious - very rich, dense and fudgey. It's now my official brownie recipe. One helpful hint - be sure to (gently incorporate the eggs really well into the rest of the mixture. I had a couple places that weren't as well mixed and could taste the egg after it was cooked in those places.

Soooo good! But you should cut off 10 minutes or you will burn them. I burnt the sides just a little bit and they are still really good. They taste like boxed brownies!

I really really wanted to like these. The batter was so good an I couldn't stop eating it and this was the first time I've melted chocolate like that. It was actually the first time I made brownies from scratch and I love Ina so I thought these would come out fabulous but 6 eggs really I've never baked anything with six eggs had to stick this in the oven numerous times and still didn't even cook through. Next time I do this I'm using 3 eggs maybe 4 at most.

ok I could write a novel about how much I love these! Have made them several times, one in particular was for my mothers birthday. (she adores chocolate..Well, she took one bite and her eyes got as big as saucers she yelled out my name and almost started crying..Im not kidding!
She was so happy! Said they were the best present ever. Now thats a good recipe!

Every time I make this brownie recipe I am amazed by its rich and decadent flavor. I made these recently for a wedding rehersal. For this event, I cut them into small bite-sized pieces, added a fresh raspberry and drizzled raspberry sauce on top of each piece. They were served on white rectangular dishes. Very elegant, guests loved them.

WOW! This is not only the best brownie recipe I have ever tried but it is possibly the best dessert recipe as well. Make it just as it is written to enjoy chocolate heaven.
During this week of the London Olympics, Ina by far gets the gold medal!
