Great taste, but I think they are too gooey. My family loves them and they do taste great, but I think they should be more firm for brownies. Not sure if was the butter or the eggs?

These brownies are nothing short of A-MA-ZING! Total and complete yumminess and texture and a definite crowd pleaser. Thanks so much! (To reecoe: I'm guessing that in doubling your batch there was some sort of misstep, as I have been known to do that myself. I challenge you to try them again - a single batch - as the reviews seem to say they are a great brownie. You won't regret it!

I wanted a great brownie recipe to take to my office and I thought these would be it which is why I made a double recipe, unfortunately I was wrong! This recipe has entirely too many eggs and makes the texture of the brownie a little odd; so I had to throw out both batches of brownies good thing that I didn't tell anyone at work of my intent to bring in a delicious treat. I definitely will not be making these again!!

This recipe is hands-down THE best brownie recipe! I have tried a few and these brownies were remarkable. I did bake mine in two pans (8x8 and 9x9, which made the brownies a bit thicker so I had to bake them longer. They were perfect from the edges to the middle. I will always make them that way, as I enjoyed them being so thick and rich! Everyone at the football party RAVED about them! This is my go-to brownie recipe from now on!

These are incredible! I decided to 1.5x the recipe and shouldn't have; it makes a TON as is. But they are absolutely delicious - very rich, dense and fudgey. It's now my official brownie recipe. One helpful hint - be sure to (gently incorporate the eggs really well into the rest of the mixture. I had a couple places that weren't as well mixed and could taste the egg after it was cooked in those places.

Soooo good! But you should cut off 10 minutes or you will burn them. I burnt the sides just a little bit and they are still really good. They taste like boxed brownies!

I really really wanted to like these. The batter was so good an I couldn't stop eating it and this was the first time I've melted chocolate like that. It was actually the first time I made brownies from scratch and I love Ina so I thought these would come out fabulous but 6 eggs really I've never baked anything with six eggs had to stick this in the oven numerous times and still didn't even cook through. Next time I do this I'm using 3 eggs maybe 4 at most.

She was so happy! Said they were the best present ever. Now thats a good recipe!
