Best brownie I've ever eaten. Sorry Ina, but I didn't tell anyone I got the recipe from you. I took all of the credit and now I'm the brownie goddess at work. I swear it's the most wonderful brownie!!

Look good, but wowweee are they bitter-sweet. Not for the avid chocolate lover. The coffee and unsweetened chocolate leave me running for milk chocolate.

This makes a ton of brownies...but you'll want every last morsel. The texture was fantastic, partly chewy, partly cakey...and dense. Added mint chocolate chips and some toffee bits and it was so good. One point is that I think regular salt may be better than kosher for this because I found some parts kinda salty...also may decrease the unsweetened and up the semi-sweet for more chocolatey goodness. Overall, this was wonderful.

If I could give this recipe ten stars I would. These are some of the best brownies I've ever made or had. I made these for a staff appreciation dinner for my husband's staff, and they couldn't get enough of them. Then the next weekend I made them for my nephew's graduation brunch, and the same thing. Thanks so much for the wonderful recipe!!

After reading all the reviews on these I had to try them. I found them to be way to strong tasting and the middle seemed raw. My husband liked them but I will never make them again.

These are the most amazing brownies I have ever eaten!! But be warned...1. they make a lot, 2. they are very rich, 3. they have more claories than most people eat all day. But they are amazing and I continue to make them!!

This brownie recipe is simply FABULOUS! Worth the time and effort. My colleague and friend in my office actually made this brownie after seeing it on the Food Network. She also brought in some vamilla icecream to go along...We warmed up the brownie adn topped it off with the vanilla icecream - it was HEAVEN !!!! Tnak you Betsi!
