    Thought this was good. I baked it before hand and broiled before serving. Also stirred in melted jalapeno pepper jelly before baking - still wasn't really spicy - but good. And went along with everyone else and just sprinkled on a little surgar. Make sure you use firm fruit. Was quick and easy, as you didn't have to peal the fruit. Will make it again.

    It is tasty, fruit are always good. The only think I have problem with - too sweet if you follow the recipe. Much better if you just sprinkle a little with sugar if you have sweet tooth and if not, you can leave sugar out and it will be much healthier and better tasting. Because it too sweet, it kind of takes some fruit flavors away... Enjoy, it really pretty for a summer or winter party!

    Awesome! I was craving a dessert for my diet. This was more than satisfying. I used blackberries instead of rasberries. Sugar is hardly necessary. Will leave it out next time. Thanks, Ina!

    An easy summer crowd pleaser for summer. Add any ripe summer berry.

    I was doing a southwest theme dinner and stirred a little red pepper jelly into the fruit before roasting it. Wonderful with a good ice cream!

    Agreed that the sugar can be cut way back, depending upon how sweet the fruit is to begin with. It's a great way to use fruit that isn't perfectly ripe too. Delicious by itself, on pound or angel food cake, with ice cream or whipped cream, etc. It pleases the eye as well as the tummy. We've substituted Grand Marnier for the OJ for a nice grown-up kick... it works!

    I've tried this recipe, and it is so good! My mind is telling to hurry and make it now, even as I'm typing this. It goes so well with any meal , that you will make it again and again. It was a very big hit with my whole family!

    This is a dynamite dish - incredibly easy to prepare and just delicious. You can do ahead and stop before putting under the broiler - then broil to heat. A little sweetened whipping cream and your guests will be VERY impressed. Great desert.

    This dessert taste better if you:

    1. Cut the amount of sugar by 50 to 75%;

    2. Gently mix the fruit and sugar together with a spoon so that the sugar will coat all the fruits;

    3. Serve the dessert with ice cream;

    4. Add walnuts on top of the dessert and ice cream.
