Easy and delicious. I would cut the onions smaller though. I served them with crinkle chips and they kept breaking in the dip.

For those of us who thought you made onion dip with sour cream and powdered soup mix - this is the real deal. I have served this many times and always get rave reviews - people cannot stop dipping into it. It's easy to make and tastes even better the next day -- if it lasts that long! I use Ina's recipes all the time - she is fabulous!

I prepared this dip for numerous clients of mine and asked them to rate it on a 1-10 scale. I heard a lot of "oohh" and "aahh" and then "this is a definate 10!"
This is a keeper. In fact, I am going to make it for a party I am going to this friday night.

This is terrific....I was making it during the summer at least once a week...Vidalia onions and Cayanne pepper are a great combo of flavor...I did use low fat mayo and cream cheese but it was sill
fantastic...My boyfriend loves it so much he puts it on pizza, salad and grilled chicken.
