Absolutely delicious! And so quick and easy. Served with sauted veggies. Thinking of making this for a dinner party next week. Thanks for another great recipe!

This is a great recipe for salmon! I have made it 3 times and it is always a hit. It is elegant and delicious enough for special company and though it is something finished at the last minute, it is easy to cook and can be prepped ahead of time. A cast iron skillet is the key to getting the crispy crust on the bottom, and I removed the skin. The fish was moist and very flavorful. I served it with lemon, but it doesn't really need anything extra. Tonight I served it with a variation of a salad nicoise and a whole grain bread and it was a fabulous combination. Another good side dish with this if you are trying to save time is the Butternut Squash Risotto from Trader Joe's (frozen. Whatever you serve with this, the fish will be the star attraction! Give the salmon a try--you will love it!

So easy. This was so delicious. Tastes just like something you would order in a restaurant. I added a little bit more salt. Just my preference.

Wow -- was this ever delicious. Definitely restaurant quality.. Loved the lemon taste, the crunch of the panko, and the tender, moist salmon. Might try doing it in the oven next time without searing and see if it's any different (just to save dirtying a fry pan and extra oil. Ina's recipes are the best!

My 60th Birthday Lunch with friends ! The salmon was the star; several women who don't eat fish, loved it. Those of us who like fish thought it was the tastiest, moistest , bestest fish. Of course the recipe was great, but my friend also paid close attention and cooked it perfectly. Fantastic -

One word...'YUM"!! I didn't have lemons so I used lemon pepper. Delish! the first time I made it the salmon fillets I had did not have skin...but I followed the recipe exactly and it came out perfect. Getting ready to go make it now in fact.

I did not sear the fish but just cooked it in the oven for 17 minutes and it came out perfect. This is by far my favorite salmon recipe!!!
