Wow was this delicious ... and so simple! Love those panko crumbs. I followed the directions almost exactly. My husband and 17-year old daughter said it was restaurant caliber.

I loved this preparation. I wasn't sure about the mustard, but the combination of the mustard and the lemon zest was terrific. Will definitely make this again. The only change I made was rather than searing it, I just put it in my Breville toaster oven and roasted it for about 17 minutes....my salmon was about an inch and a half thick. Worked perfectly.

Eating a lot more salmon lately and am always looking for new recipes. This one is a real winner. The mustard is really key to this recipe. It adds a certain tang, but not really a mustardy flavor, which really complements the lemon zest and lemon juice squeezed on at serving time. Preparation is very quick and easy, making it a viable candidate for a weeknight dinner. I've paid $40 for salmon entrees in restaurants that couldn't touch this recipe. Thanks Ina!

Made this last night and it was super easy and delicious. I only had seasoned panko breadcrumbs so I used those and my salmon was already skinned, so I seared for only 2-3 minutes and finished up in the oven. It was juicy, flavorful and delicious. Served with whole wheat olive oil and garlic cous cous and roasted brocolli with fresh grated parm.

This was delicious! I didn't have the Panko Breadcrumbs so I used regular. I skipped the searing step as suggested by aliciag203 in Danbury, CT and it was wonderful. This one is a keeper. Can't get much easier than this.

Fast and elegant. The salmon comes out perfectly cooked. Wonderful with the warm french lentils she pairs with in the episode.

Delicious! So easy and quick! Didn't pan sear first, just put in the oven for 12 minutes and came out yummy and moist, will def make again!

Delicious! I forgot to drizzle the olive oil over the bread crumb mixture, so it dropped off the sides when we cut into the fish, but that was my silly mistake. Also, my husband said it tasted better the next day! It cooked excellently- Ina is the best!
