    This was my first time making Panna Cotta. I used Greek yogurt and the whole vanilla bean. This was one of easiest and most delicious desserts I've ever made. My family asks for it all the time. The strawberries are absolutely to die for!!! You have to try this!!!

    This was my first time making panna cotta. It's amazing how easy it is to make and how lucious.
    I did not have the appropriate quality of balsamic on hand, so, like another reviewer, I made the rasberry-Grand Marnier sauce, and served it with assorted fresh berries. Everyone absolutely loved it. And, so pretty. One of my guests took a picture.

    I'm confused why for some of you the Panna Cotta fell apart. For me, it was easy easy easy, especially with overnight refrigeration. It set perfectly. I used the appropriate amount of gelatin. I used Greek Yogurt (love the extra tang. Madagascar Vanilla (extract with Tahitian Vanilla Bean. Next time I think I will use a bit more vanilla, but it was still great. And I used my secret: a 75-year-old aged Balsamic Vinegar. You should spend the megabucks and buy this and keep it around for very special dishes like this. Thick almost like a syrup with a completely mellowed out and smooth flavor (unlike young Balsamic. With this, the strawberries were incredible. Tomorrow I'm trying the dish with a touch of homemade Limoncello.

    This is probably my favorite dessert! First it reminds me of the girlfriend who made it for us! But honestly! This is just so tasty, creamy, and the balsamic and pepper on the strawberries just makes it! LOVE it!!!!!!!!!

    Simple & divine. I made it around noon to serve in the evening; so, I just upped the gelatin by 1/2 tsp. They unmolded just fine. My family loved the silky texture & the balsamic strawberries.

    This was delicious and I'm so glad it turned out because I have tried panna cotta before only to have a big flop on my plate! This does take quite a bit of cold refrigeration to get it to set so you may want to use a bit more gelatin but I adhered to the recipe and found that it worked beautifully. It absolutely slips down your throat and doesn't leave you with that OMG, I just ate a huge dessert and feel totally gross feeling! My man, who hates all things pudding, ate the entire thing! The balsalmic strawberries, which is a combination I usually loathe, really complimented the lovely delicate flavors. In a world full of chocolate, this is such a refreshing change also! I will make this again and again!

    The sauce is awesome over vanilla ice cream! Didn't have time to make the panna cotta, but vanilla ice cream worked really well!

    Followed the recipe to a T and measured everything out and the result was basically slightly thicker yogurt. Double the gelatin if you want your panna cottas to actually hold together!
