Easy and so quick for weeknight dinner! Don't change a thing. I used spring mix...delicious! The lemon juice and EVOO that gets into the crust is fabulous. Can't wait to make it again!

OMG! I just made this dish it was so yummy. This is a keeper for sure. Don't change a thing when making it unless you want to add more parmesan. I made the salad and the dressing to go with it. It plated nicely. My picky son even loved it. So much flavor! Thank you Ina

Awesome recipe!!! Instead of buying seasoned bread crumbs I got plain but added italian seasoning to it (which was a mixture of spices I got at the grocery store. This is definitely the best parmesan chicken I've ever had. Seriously, you have to make it. I've made it probably a million times already!! The only thing I would add is that 2-3 minutes on each side was not enough time for me; it was more like five minutes. Sooooo yummy!

This is a fabulous recipe that my husband absolutely adores. I substitute panko for regular bread crumbs, and the panko, combined with the parmeasan cheese, make for a really nice crunch.

I made this dinner for some friends this weekend. It was loved by all and doggie bags were requested for the leftover chicken. It really is a very simple and impressive meal to make. My boyfriend loved it so much he asked that I make it again last night, so I did! The second time I seasoned up some panko breadcrumbs and thought it was a bit crispier which I liked. Will keep this in the repertoire for sure.

This meal was so absolutely delicious! My family loved everything about it! Chicken was flavorful, moist and super satisfying with texture from breadcrumbs and light crisp of Parmesan!
To the salad, I added fresh avocado, sliced tiny pear tomatoes, garlic & Persian cucumbers.

This is simple, easy and delicious. The chicken breasts I had were huge, so I butterflied them. Also, I wanted to eat a little less. Otherwise, I didn't change a thing except to sprinkle a little salt on each breast before dredging them with flour. Ina always has the best recipes that are always easy to follow and turn out amazing. I love, love, love Ina.
