I cooked the parmesan chicken for my husband and I. We both agreed that it would be hard to top this chicken recipe. I had first thought that the parmesan cheese might be a bit over powering to the chicken, but it has just the right amount of bread crumbs and cheese. It was not complicated at all, or time consuming for that matter. It would be a wonderful dish to fix to "wow" a special guest. We loved it!!

My family of picky eaters loved this chicken! This recipe also makes for a beautiful presentation and is a great weeknight dinner for family or friends since it's easy, tasty, and you won't spend a lot of time in the kitchen.

The chicken was very moist and the recipe was pretty easy. However, make sure you pound your chicken very thin. It took me a while to get the chicken done in the middle. I am not very experienced in pan cooking whole chicken breasts, but next time I will know how to do it and this dish will be even better!

This was a quick and tasty dish. I loved it how easy it was to prepare and have made it twice. Each time, it turns out superbly! This one's a keeper! Thx. Ina!!!

The chicken was crunchy on the outside and moist and tender on the inside. (2 minutes on each side.
The salad with lemon vinaigrette was so good as a complement to the chicken. A++++++ for Ina.

Ina, is the number one chef on Food Network for the normal family that is trying to eat healthy. Her recipes are all outstanding and this was superb, I agree with other reviewers it is a keeper. Thanks Ina, will buy your cookbook.

This was the best!!!!!! I can't wait to make it again. My son is 7 and he can be picky but he LOVED this even with the greens and the the vinagret. Thank you so much for a wonderful recipe. I'll keep watching for other!

This recipe is the best of both worlds, because the flavor seems as if you've slaved in the kitchen all day! Really this is one of the simplest recipes I've ever tried and my hubby was raving! We all really liked the warm chicken with the fresh greens!
