    This recipe is great. It has such a fresh taste with the lemon dressing and the warm chicken is sensational. Right after dinner my boyfriend asked when we could make it again!

    This versatile chicken recipe is easy to make and works with a number of dishes. I have served it with a bed of greens with balsamic vinegar with shaved parmesean, and then with italian dishes such as baked ziti and meatballs. Delicious!

    I make this for myself all the time and with a little garlic powder added to the bread crumb/parm mixture, it's delicious! I don't always use the lemon vinegrette but the salad is a delicious contrast to the chicken!
